Wolfson BTR is the first large scale BTR developer in the state of Florida (and one of the first in the SE USA) and is a pioneer in the space. With almost 2,000 units valued at over $1bn USD in our pipeline, we pride ourselves as being a cutting-edge, fundamentals-based real estate investor, developer and fund-manager focused on generating asymmetric, outsized risk-adjusted returns for our investors. We invest primarily on behalf of our internal, discretionary real estate fund, the Plain Sight Properties ResiFund series.
In existence formally since 2012, the company shifted to a nearly exclusive BTR focus in 2017. Wolfson BTR has a current full-time focus on solving the now multi-generational challenges caused by persistent undersupply in the housing market, including both rental and for sale markets.
Wolfson BTR is comprised of veteran real estate investors with more than a combined 50 years in the space and nearly $3 billion in transactional participation between them.
Though broadly and institutionally experienced across most major asset classes, the team has spent the majority of their respective careers focused primarily on residential real estate investing and development including over $1.3 billion and nearly 8,000 units in completed transactional volume.
