Grant has joined RealWealth as the Property Teams Manager, together with his wife Rebekah. They bring many years of real estate investing experience having bought and sold (and 1031 exchanged) their own single-family rentals, short-term rentals, and fix and flips.

Grant started investing in 2001 while in college. He bought his first house and rented the rooms to friends. Since then, Grant has bought many other rental properties using the Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat method. He understands property management, as he manages his own rental properties. He has done numerous rehab to sell homes as well. He enjoys helping others reach their real estate goals.

In Grant’s free time, he enjoys working out and competing in triathlon events. He has completed three Ironman 140.6 triathlons. He also enjoys traveling in his RV with his wife and little mix dog Poppa Fox.
