Jake is a Senior Director of Acquisitions at Evergreen where he manages the on-market acquisition channel and serves as the product manager on Evergreen’s flagship acquisition software. Most recently, he helped stand up the Real Estate business at the consumer focused FinTech platform, Pagaya where he managed the deployment and execution of the inaugural fund while setting up the infrastructure and operations. Prior to Pagaya, Jake was a founding member of the acquisitions team at Amherst in 2012. Over his almost 9 years there, Jake led the acquisition of over 30,000 assets worth nearly $5B in invested capital.
