Jeff Gersh joined Christopher Todd Communities as Florida Division President in January, 2024. He is responsible for evaluating land and development opportunities in the Sunshine State, including potentially buying existing BTR assets to rebrand and add to the Christopher Todd portfolio, along with reviewing capital investment opportunities. The Florida team is focusing on Tampa/St. Peterburg, Orlando, Sarasota, southwest Florida, Jacksonville, Treasure Coast, and the Space Coast.

Gersh is an accomplished 30+ year real estate executive with expertise in all facets of commercial real estate investments including development, portfolio management, transaction management, entitlement processing, debt, and equity capital markets, including financial valuation analysis, personnel leadership, legal, and construction. Over the course of his career, he has developed award winning master planned communities, delivering thousands of residences to multi-generational homeowners.  He has also participated in over $2BN worth of commercial loans and transactional activities.
