Michael is proud of the teams he has successfully grown to national prominence and leadership to support the entire SFRhub platform and client base. He continues to look for growth opportunities in the SFR and BFR investment portfolio segment, while creating a culture of pride, integrity, transparency, and success in a specialized CRE investment class. The SFR space is one of the most active, stable and risk mitigated commercial real estate asset classes in the country.
Michael is the Co-Chair of SVNIC’s Single Family Product Council, as well as, the Founder & Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) National Single Family Residential Product Council, bringing industry leaders together with a collaborative mission to share insights, expand thought leadership, discuss best practices, and educate policy makers to enhance opportunity and create affordable solutions for the nation’s much needed and severely under supplied housing market on a national scale.
Michael began focusing on large-scale income-producing single-family rental portfolios and new home construction Build For Rent subdivisions over a decade ago, quickly emerging as an industry pioneer. Recognizing there were no institutional quality brokerages focusing or specializing on the largest asset class in the country, Michael teamed with his real estate partner, Jeff Cline, to develop a national digital platform operating within the 6th most powerful CRE brokerage network globally, SVN. Simultaneously, the two collaborated with Dale Jensen to create www.SFRhub.com, one of the nation’s leading data, research, valuation, and digital transaction websites in the country, to solely focus on the once emerging and now solidified SFR & BFR asset class.

The SFRhub platform typically has approximately $1B-$2B of active pipeline in the SFR/BFR investment segment.
