Pete is strategically enhancing the Capital Markets team in Whitestone & Co.’s Fund IV capital raise of $200MM.  This Fund IV is specifically targeting investments that are focused on converting Class C inner-city single-family rentals (SFR) to Section 8 housing (government backed by HUD) while providing investors with solid and immediate cash-on-cash returns.   Pete has over 30+ years of capital raising, private banking and alternative investment management experience that is targeting his extensive capital markets network of HNW/UHNW, RIA, Family Office, and Institutional equity investors.  Assisting in the growth, conference exposure, and unique market segment messaging to both accredited and institutional investors throughout all global investment channels.
