As Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, he manages the Individual Asset program and the QUBIE platform - spearheading partnerships that integrate the insurtech platform to deliver customized risk management solutions.

With over 10 years of experience across mortgage lending and servicing, insurance program distribution, and real estate investing, Scott possesses deep expertise in developing tech-enabled distribution channels and products. Leveraging his expertise, Scott has been instrumental in establishing partnerships for SES with leading real estate investment platforms and proptech innovators seeking to embed insurance solutions into their offerings.

Passionate about accelerating SES's digital capabilities, Scott draws on his entrepreneurial vision and financial acumen to create customer centric  partnerships that provide specialized offerings through integrated ecosystems. This has been key to meeting the emerging risk mitigation needs of insurance brokers serving real estate investment firms and SFR investors.

Prior to joining SES, Scott led technology implementations for mortgage servicers and developed risk solutions for retail insurance brokerages. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School. Scott’s leadership continues driving SES’s position at the forefront of the real estate investment marketplace.
